Newest Tracks
Metal Tracks : 165BPM - GravityWins
A little over 5 minutes of everything you need in one song. Play it simple, play it complex. Room for half-time and cut-time beats. 8th note double bass, and 16th note double bass. Intros, verse riffs, choruses, solos, and an outro. Enjoy perfecting your timing over the space filled chorus that requires accuracy. The 16th note guitar riffs will demand double bass precision. For an added bonus, enjoy a 7/8 bridge after the solo(s). Head-banging is optional.
Rock Tracks : 125BPM - Deaftoned
Inspired by the "Deftones" chord, this gives you 4 distinct sections repeated 3 times over 5 minutes. You'll find plenty of space for hi-hat/snare interplay (get that left foot working!).
Metal Tracks : 100BPM - Create
Finger Eleven meets Korn meets Static-X? Who knows, but this 100BPM 4/4 rocker will give you room for off-beat hi-hat work, 16th hi-hat work. Enjoy a Disturbed-like break in the middle.
Metal Tracks : 140BPM - Electronica
Electronic loops + guitar. 140BPM with an unchanging pulsing bass with electronica sounds over two chords. The guitar riff and patterns change up enough to keep it fresh but allow you to practice specific drills over and over. Slight Static-X feel.
Jazz/Rock : Mata
Uptempo Jazz/Rock with a touch of Prog. thrown in. Features violin and guitar solos. In the style of Mahavishnu Orchestra, King Crimson, Dixie Dregs and UK. Drums in the style of Billy Cobham, Bill Bruford or Terry Bozzio would work well over this track. Tempo is 165 bpm and the time sig. is 6/4 (with a couple of 5/4 bars in the outro section) The A section is a driving 6/4 guitar riff that you can really stretch out on. Section B is a half time feel, you can incorporate side stick or tom and cymbal work. Section C is a breakdown that you can use as a bed for a solo.
Jazz : Jazz 9
Jazz : Jazz 8
Jazz : Latin to Jazz - Jazz
Learn to switch between a Bossa Nova and a Jazz Tune. Play along side the pros!
Most Popular Tracks
Metal Tracks : 190BPM-OldSkool : User Rating:  / 12
Old skool blistering riffs at a pounding 190BPM... Intro with ABCABC pattern and short outtro. Double bass maniacs should enjoy, but for us mortals, we can still play regular and cut-time against this track.
Metal Tracks : 180BPM-MoshPit-01 : User Rating:  / 5
One of my personal favorites, nice slow metal start that switches to heart pumping metal. Lots of room for experimentation between cut and half-time feels, blast beats, and pure double bass madness.
Rock Tracks : 140BPM-Dark-01 : User Rating:  / 8
Nu-metal meets Dream Theatre meets Disturbed meets Breaking Benjamin meets Dark New Day meets ...
Metal Tracks : 125BPM-BeeGrind : User Rating:  / 9
Drop B Tuning, this song is LOW. Tons of double bass action available, with some half-time grinds, all sorts of pain. Get out the band-aids...
Rock Tracks : 170BPM-Weathervayne : User Rating:  / 7
The intro is heavy which should be fun double bassing.  Then it moves to a nice melodic groove (verse, chorus feel) which is repeated two times before ending with hard in your face outro.
Rock Tracks : 105BPM-DisturbingGod : User Rating:  / 6
What happens when Disturbed meets Pantera meets Godsmack? This!
Rock Tracks : 110BPM-Eerie-01 : User Rating:  / 4
Eerie intro, nice 3/4 feel over 4/4 pattern with layered guitar build-up to eerie-chorus.
Metal Tracks : 180BPM-InYourFace-01 : User Rating:  / 4
Fun double-bass or tom intro that opens into pretty standard 4/4 riffs. "Chorus" has plenty of room for some double bass work, cymbal grabs and other fun fills.
Rock Tracks : 140BPM-Smackdown-01 : User Rating:  / 3
Definite Godsmack feel with Chevellish middle. Rinse and repeat.
Metal Tracks : 180BPM-Workout-01 : User Rating:  / 3
Fast and furious cut-time workout with some fun middle riffs ideal for some neat fills. 1 Measure fill area available before it repeats.
